LIEUTENANT J.F.HARPER, son of Rev. Richard HARPER of High Wycombe aged 24 years.
QUARTER-MASTER-SERGEANT H.W. VERGETTE, son of E. VERGETTE of Solicitor, Peterborough aged 19 years.
TROOPER J.T. ELEY of Swarkstone aged 25 years.
All three soldiers were killed at Driefontein 10.09.1901 and their remains were transferred to Laingburg on 11.10.1905
